Request account deletion
Use this form to request deletion of your BuilderDash account and the data associated with it. This page is for people who can’t or don’t want to delete their account from within the app — you don’t need to be signed in to use it.
Your account, your profile, and the business data associated with it — including jobs, quotes, invoices, files and time records.
Certain records may be kept where the law requires it — for example, invoicing and financial records held for HMRC, or data needed for fraud prevention. Where this applies, we keep only what’s required, for the minimum period the law requires, and then delete it.
Timeframe. We process deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you first to verify your identity.
We use these only to find your account and confirm the request. You won’t be asked for your password on this page — we verify your identity after you submit.
