Every photo, drawing and document you upload counts towards your workspace's storage allowance. Here's how the allowance works and how to add more room when you need it.
BuilderDash keeps a running total of how much space your files are using and shows it against what your plan includes. When you're close to the limit, you'll see a warning, and when you need more room, you can add extra storage in a couple of clicks.
Every account comes with 10 GB of storage included as standard. Each file you upload - photos, drawings, documents - adds its own size to your running total the moment it's saved, and deleting a file removes its size again. The total is the combined size of all your files across every job in your workspace.
To keep the figure accurate over time, BuilderDash also does a full recount every night, adding up the true size of all your files and correcting the running total if it's drifted.
If you're running low, the workspace owner can add extra storage from the Billing screen:
Only the workspace owner can buy, change or remove storage, and you'll need an active subscription with a payment card on file before you can add it.
